SHIPPING POLICY

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Every order is scheduled immediately at the confirmation of your order, orders leave our warehouse within 1-2 days of payment. We will notify you via email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

2021 UPDATE: COVID-19

It is likely that some areas of the country will experience a reduction in service levels due to coronavirus-related absences at their local mail centre or delivery office. 

We recommend allowing extra time for your order to be delivered due to circumstances that are out of our control. In previous years we have seen peak volumes that led to 1 to 2 days - this year the delays could easily be as high as 7 days, potentially more.

We will still aim to ship everything out on time, but unfortunately we have little control over the courier's delays. We will continue to monitor the situation on domestic delays and keep you updated over the peak season.

Free Shipping (Royal Mail Second Class)

Express (Royal Mail First Class)

Tracked (DPD/Royal Mail 24 Fully Tracked)

Special Priority (Special Guaranteed Delivery by 1pm)

 

*Please note delivery times may increase due to local delays. If we notice that orders are experiencing delays your order might be but is not guaranteed to be upgraded to a faster delivery method.

**As a result of UK leaving Europe we have temporary stopped accepted international orders. Only domestic UK orders will be accepted until further notice.

 

INCORRECT ADDRESS

If you have entered an incorrect address immediately email: support@lightlash.co.uk 

An incomplete or incorrect address can cause problems. Please double-check addresses before placing the order as we cannot be held responsible for undelivered items due to incorrect address. 
 
If your package was shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address, it may be delayed. Your package might get delivered to the wrong address, or it might need to be sorted by hand instead of the courier's automated sorting machines.
 
If the courier returns your package back to us we will inform you in 1-2 working days and offer you a free replacement / refund to the correct address. Please note that it is not guaranteed that the order will be returned if the address is incorrect.
